Das Foto darf im Rahmen der genannten Nutzung auch bearbeitet, zugeschnitten oder grafisch angepasst werden.
Der endgültige Titel des Buches kann vom Verwender nach alleinigem Ermessen festgelegt und geändert werden.
Die Nutzung erfolgt unentgeltlich.
Ich versichere, dass keine Rechte Dritter verletzt werden.
Die Verwendung obliegt dem Herausgeber.
Eine Namensnennung erfolgt, wenn möglich.
Diese Erklärung unterliegt deutschem Recht.

By uploading my photo, I agree to the following terms:
I am the creator of the photo or have the necessary rights to use and share it.
I grant the user Till Lindemann a transferrable non-exclusive, worldwide, and unlimited right of use for the following purposes:
Use in the design and illustration of the book project
Promotion of the book (e.g., online, social media, press, print ads)
The photo may also be edited, cropped, or graphically adapted as part of the permitted use.
The final book title may be freely determined and changed at the sole discretion of the user.
Use is provided free of charge.
I confirm that no third-party rights are infringed.
The use is at the discretion of the publisher.
Credit will be given where possible.
This agreement is governed by German law.
